Our Brand Story
The brand's co-founders, who hail from France and Taiwan, are obsessed with scents and spices and want to share this joy with you to unveil the mystery of combining French custom perfumes with Middle Eastern OUD agarwood essence.
Inspired by his family's decades-long experience in the import and export trade of agarwood (the precious and rare spice used in premium OUD fragrances), the brand founder has possessed a keen sense of scent since childhood and possesses a profound understanding of all incense ingredients. Drawing on years of field research in France, the brand founder decided to return to Taiwan to establish a perfumer brand, offering a wide range of fragrance products, including customizable perfumes, OUD fragrances, candle diffusers, and more.
The founder's brands include CHIN CHIN Perfume and WOODY OUD, both of which are perfume studios with different styles. CHIN CHIN Perfume Studio previously had counters in major department stores, including the Hanshin Arena in Kaohsiung, the Kaohsiung ZhaWu 2Ku, Taipei Main Station, and Eslite Spectrum Taipei.
